An invitation is a link. Tap it, answer yes or no, done — under thirty seconds, no password, no signup. A grandparent on a borrowed phone should manage it without help. Change your answer later using the same link.

Every part of the party,
in one place.
Right now, organizing a party for sixty people means a spreadsheet you stopped updating, a group chat that scrolled away, and eleven browser tabs. Party-Central is the tool that should have been there instead.
The planner is an early preview and free. It runs entirely in your browser — no account, nothing uploaded. Checklist, budget, and guest list work today; invitations and RSVP links do not exist yet.
The whole lifecycle
Six stages, one place.
Most planning tools hand you an empty board and wish you luck. Party-Central starts from the occasion and works backwards from the date, so your checklist already knows that invitations go out six weeks ahead and the cake gets ordered before that.

The decisions that shape the product, made already.
Checklists that know the date
Pick the occasion and the plan arrives already populated, with due dates counted backwards from the day. Hand a slice to someone else and they see only their part, not sixty tasks they have to read.
A budget you find out about in time
Planned against actual as you go, per-head cost updating as RSVPs come in, and a record of who paid for what so settling up afterwards is not a memory exercise.
Allergies collected properly
Dietary needs and access requirements captured with the RSVP, then aggregated for the caterer — counts, not names. Severe allergies flagged as safety-critical everywhere they appear.
A day-of view for a noisy room
On the day the app opens to what is happening now, a check-in counter, and one-tap contacts for every vendor. It keeps working when the venue has no signal, because venues frequently do not.
Vendors, without the marketplace
Find caterers, photographers, and venues that cover your area on your date, and message them from inside the event. No commission, no checkout — and you can add the cousin who is doing the food, too.
Where it stands
Party-Central is in active development. The product is specified in detail — nine user personas and fifty-four numbered user stories with acceptance criteria — and the build is under way against that specification.
